Receiver Odell Beckham Jr. only played in 12 total games as a member of the Los Angeles Rams but packed a ton into his brief time with the team.

Beckham Jr. caught a touchdown and earned a Super Bowl LVI ring in his final game with the Rams, but also tore the ACL in his left knee for the second time in the game, an injury that ultimately cost him the entirety of the 2022 season.

So as the Baltimore Ravens prepare to host the Rams in Week 14, it's a bit of a full-circle moment for Beckham, who is set to be on the opposite sideline as coach Sean McVay, quarterback Matthew Stafford, defensive tackle Aaron Donald, and fellow receiver Cooper Kupp.

Aware of what the game means to Beckham, Ravens coach John Harbaugh announced Wednesday that Beckham will serve as an additional team captain for Baltimore Sunday afternoon.

"He's a heck of a football player," Harbaugh said of Beckham, per Bridget Condon of NFL Media. "He draws a lot of attention. He's making plays. I think he's really coming into his own health-wise right now and getting stronger and faster. It's a big road back from where he had to come from and you see it every week."

The Ravens signed the former Offensive Rookie of the Year to a one-year/$15 million deal this past offseason, as part of a show of good faith as they tried to finish off a long-term contract with quarterback Lamar Jackson.

Now 31, Beckham has 27 catches for 408 yards and two touchdowns in 10 games this season. With tight end Mark Andrews currently on injured reserve, Beckham's ability to recapture some of the magic he had early in his career with the New York Giants has become that much more important for a Ravens team with Super Bowl aspirations.

Beckham and the Ravens are currently seven-point home favorites against the Rams, who, at 6-6, are still in contention for a postseason spot.
