Los Angeles Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford and wide receiver Cooper Kupp started what the latter dubbed as "the next big thing in entertainment" Friday.

The two kicked off their "Nine and Dime" podcast — an ode to their jersey numbers — and on the first episode of the series, the quarterback-receiver duo got to know each other a little better. They played a guessing game on various unknown facts about each other, and youth trumped experience with Kupp defeating Stafford 4-2.

Kupp swung and missed on the opening question: what year was Stafford born? He guessed 1982, but ended up aging his quarterback by six years as he was born Feb. 7, 1988.

One question that didn't trip Kupp up, though, was Stafford's middle name. Believe it or not, Stafford's middle name is actually Matthew. His legal name is John Matthew Stafford.

Stafford was all over Kupp's favorite cheat meal, though, which is a pulled pork sandwich. Kupp said he has a rule that whenever one is on the menu at a restaurant, he has to try it.

The 15-year NFL veteran couldn't figure out what Kupp's most-listened to artist was, and decided to poke fun at him instead. Kupp wrote down three options, and for Stafford to get a point, he only had to match one. Kupp wrote down Hozier, The Lumineers and Mumford & Sons, but Stafford went with Spice Girls.

"I actually knew the top one (Hozier)," Stafford said. "I just couldn't remember how to spell or what the name was, but it's the guy that sings 'Take Me To Church,' right? I knew that, but Spice Girls felt better."

With the game tied 2-2 after the first four questions, Kupp hunkered down and nailed Stafford's go-to coffee order: coffee with oat milk. Kupp took it upon himself to shout out defensive line coach and run game coordinator Eric Henderson's coffee order.

"You know who has the best coffee order is coach Henny," Kupp said. "His order is so big, they give him a bigger cup so they can fit the whole order down the list."

The final question Stafford barely missed, writing down that Kupp was drafted 73rd overall instead of 69th.

"I knew it was top of the third (round)," Stafford said. "I didn't know how top, how many compensatory picks there were that year."
