Drive Chart: Here's What the Titans Offense Did on Every Possession in Week 14 against Miami Dolphins

The Tennessee Titans took on the Miami Dolphins in primetime on Monday Night Football and pulled off an incredible comeback victory against all odds. Will Levis led some incredible drives with some help from his supporting cast. Here is what happened on every offensive drive in Week 14.

The Tennessee Titans were severe underdogs coming into Monday Night Football against the Miami Dolphins, but that didn't stop them from pulling a monster upset in a comeback 28-27 win. Will Levis had moments of brilliance and the offense thrived late. Here is what happened on every offensive drive.

Drive No. 1

  • Game Status: 15:00 remaining in first quarter
  • Quarterback: Will Levis
  • Plays/Yards: 3 plays, 0 yards
  • Result: Punt
  • SMH Moment: On the first play, Derrick Henry was hit behind the line of scrimmage for a one-yard loss. Not a great start.
  • The Skinny: A terrible start for the Titans. A negative play, a failed screen to Treylon Burks and a near-interception to DeAndre Hopkins.

Drive No. 2

  • Game Status: 9:14 remaining in first quarter
  • Quarterback: Will Levis
  • Plays/Yards: 3 plays, -1 yards
  • Result: Interception
  • SMH Moment: Will Levis threw an interception right to a Dolphins defensive lineman who walked in for a touchdown.
  • The Skinny: A terrible start for Will Levis who has been off on multiple throws on the first two drives.

Drive No. 3

  • Game Status: 8:25 remaining in first quarter
  • Quarterback: Will Levis
  • Plays/Yards: 5 plays, 10 yards
  • Result: Punt
  • SMH Moment: Levis was sacked on third down to end the drive.
  • Key Play: Chig Okonkwo converted the first third down of the drive with a big 11-yard catch.
  • The Skinny: Levis is struggling, but it is made worse by the total lack of run game for the Titans. 

Drive No. 4

  • Game Status: 14:06 remaining in second quarter
  • Quarterback: Will Levis
  • Plays/Yards: 14 plays, 86 yards
  • Result: Touchdown
  • Key Play: Levis broke a sack on third down and scrambled. He came up short, but a penalty gave the Titans a first down that led to the score.
  • The Skinny: The Titans have life! Levis led a tough, long drive for a score to tie it up that featured multiple physical runs by the quarterback. Maybe too physical.

Drive No. 5

  • Game Status: 1:51 remaining in second quarter
  • Quarterback: Will Levis
  • Plays/Yards: 3 plays, 3 yards
  • Result: Punt
  • SMH Moment: Dillon Radunz was called for a second penalty on the night, this time a holding call that basically ended the drive.
  • The Skinny: After the penalty, the Titans got conservative and ran the ball twice before punting. 

Drive No. 6

  • Game Status: :28 remaining in second quarter
  • Quarterback: Will Levis
  • Plays/Yards: 6 plays, 69 yards
  • Result: 28-yard Field Goal
  • Key Play: Levis hit a strike to Hopkins for 45 yards to put the Titans in the red zone for a go-ahead field goal.
  • The Skinny: Well executed drive by Levis and Hopkins who accounted for 67 yards and got the Titans three points.

Drive No. 7

  • Game Status: 9:35 remaining in third quarter
  • Quarterback: Will Levis
  • Plays/Yards: 6 plays, 16 yards
  • Result: Punt
  • SMH Moment: Levis was sacked from his blindside immediately after a play-action fake to Spears.
  • The Skinny: The Titans make too many mistakes with penalties and missed assignments that lead to negative plays. It prevents them from having consistency.

Drive No. 8

  • Game Status: 5:53 remaining in third quarter
  • Quarterback: Will Levis
  • Plays/Yards: 12 plays, 60 yards
  • Result: 23-yard Field Goal
  • SMH Moment: Penalties on the offense made it tougher on the Titans. A false start and an illegal formation set them back.
  • Key Play: Tyjae Spears made an amazing over-the-shoulder catch, then fumbled, but set the Titans up inside the ten-yard line.
  • The Skinny: The Titans added the penalties to a dropped pass in the end zone by Nick Westbrook-Ikhine and it gave them a failed red zone chance.

Drive No. 9

  • Game Status: 5:34 remaining in fourth quarter
  • Quarterback: Will Levis
  • Plays/Yards: 1 play, -13 yards
  • Result: Fumble
  • SMH Moment: Levis pitched the ball to Henry, but it was off target and fell to the ground. The Dolphins pounced on it.
  • The Skinny: The Titans have imploded. A muffed punt and a fumble led to two Dolphins' touchdowns.

Drive No. 10

  • Game Status: 4:34 remaining in fourth quarter
  • Quarterback: Will Levis
  • Plays/Yards: 9 plays, 75 yards
  • Result: Touchdown
  • Key Play: Levis hit Spears for a 22-yard gain to set up a touchdown.
  • The Skinny: Levis was superb on a touchdown drive that capped with touchdown pass to Hopkins. 

Drive No. 11

  • Game Status: 2:14 remaining in fourth quarter
  • Quarterback: Will Levis
  • Plays/Yards: 4 plays, 64 yards
  • Result: Touchdown
  • Key Play: Levis hit Hopkins for 36 yards on the first play of the drive to kick off a late charge.
  • The Skinny: Levis led the Titans down the field for a go-ahead touchdown
