Tennessee Titans Release Week 5 Inactive List, Treylon Burks to Miss Second Straight Game

Burks has been dealing with a knee injury he sustained in the preseason. He was able to appear in the Titans' first three games, racking up six catches for 99 yards, but after appearing with a knee brace on his injured knee in the first practice following the Titans loss against the Browns, we haven't seen Burks practice or play.
That will continue in Week 5, but the Titans will also be getting some reinforcements in the form of second-year wide receiver Kyle Philips. Philips was activated off of injured reserve on Saturday and will play in this game.
The Titans will also be missing Teair Tart. The talented interior defensive lineman is incredibly important to the Titans' run defense, which will certainly be challenged against the Indianapolis Colts.
In his absence, Kyle Peko, Naquan Jones and the practice squad elevation Jaleel Johnson will need to step up in a big way on the interior of the defensive line.
Pass rusher Caleb Murphy, who participated in his first career NFL game in Week 4, will be inactive this week along with linebacker Luke Gifford, who also missed last week's game, offensive lineman Jaelyn Duncan and quarterback Will Levis.
Levis will be the team's "emergency" quarterback for a fifth-straight game. The rookie passer will only be able to play in the game if both Ryan Tannehill and Malik Willis get injured or ejected. If Levis is seen in the game, things probably aren't going well for the Titans.
The Titans had no one listed as questionable coming into this game, so no surprises on this list as the Titans sit close to kickoff of their first division game of the year.
