It's time for Minnesota Vikings regular season football.

The Buccaneers are in town for the 2023 opener on Sunday at U.S. Bank Stadium. It's a winnable first game for the Vikings against a team that went from Tom Brady to Baker Mayfield at quarterback this offseason. Considering the schedule — three of Minnesota's next four games are against the Eagles, Chargers, and Chiefs — the Vikings need to have this one.

To kick off the 2023 campaign, the Vikings will be debuting their classic throwback uniforms with a patch honoring legendary coach Bud Grant, who passed away this year. They'll also be debuting Brian Flores' defensive scheme, which has been one of the biggest stories of this offseason in Minnesota.

This is the first opportunity for Kevin O'Connell's team to make a statement to the country. The national perception of the Vikings is that they're going to be hit hard by close-game regression this season. Internally, they believe they're going to be improved on both sides of the ball, which will help stave off that regression,.

The journey begins against Tampa Bay. Here's everything you need to know about how to watch, listen, or stream the game.
