Both Patrick Mahomes and Adam Thielen are officially listed as questionable ahead of this Sunday's game at Arrowhead Stadium, according to the final injury reports put out by the Chiefs and Vikings on Friday.

Mahomes and Thielen will likely be game-time decisions, with their status being announced when inactive lists come out at around 10:30 Sunday morning.

While Thielen's availability would be very helpful for the Vikings' offense, the biggest story is the status of Mahomes, who injured his knee on a QB sneak against the Broncos in Week 7.

Mahomes practiced in a limited capacity all week. Matt Moore, who started last week's loss against the Packers, took QB1 reps throughout the week. Here's video of Mahomes running on Thursday.

It remains to be seen whether Mahomes actually has a chance to play or if this is just gamesmanship from Andy Reid and the Chiefs. At Wednesday's Vikings practice, Mike Zimmer talked about the challenge of preparing for two quarterbacks.

"I think you’ll have calls based on their offense that you feel good about," Zimmer said. "Then you’re going to have other calls based on that quarterback, other calls based on this quarterback, so you kind of put together your base plan and then you have plans for if he plays and if he doesn’t play."

"Part of it is showing the players so they understand the difference in the two players. Part of it is them understanding the things each guy can do better. It’s a challenge, but it’s the NFL."

Thielen seems like the more likely of the two to suit up on Sunday. He missed last week's Thursday night game against the Redskins after injuring his hamstring in Detroit. He was limited in practice all week.

The Vikings will put him through a workout Sunday morning that will determine if he can go. "I have a crystal ball, but I haven’t used it this week, so I don’t know," Zimmer said on Friday about if he thinks Thielen will play. "We’ll have to see on Sunday."

No one else was listed on the injury report for the Vikings.

The Chiefs aren't as healthy. They'll be without two starters on the offensive line (LT Eric Fisher and RG Laurent Duvernay-Tardif) and one on the defensive line (DE Alex Okafor). Two more starters on the defensive line (DE Frank Clark and DT Chris Jones) are questionable, along with starting CB Kendall Fuller.

Check back on Sunday morning when the inactive lists are announced.
