Three of the Vikings' top four pass-catchers are listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Saints at U.S. Bank Stadium: Justin Jefferson (hamstring), T.J. Hockenson (ribs), and K.J. Osborn (concussion protocol).

Despite the questionable tag, it remains unlikely that Jefferson will be activated off IR to play against New Orleans. "I think that would probably be a little aggressive," Kevin O'Connell said on Wednesday. The Vikings' superstar could return as soon as the following Sunday in Denver, but it's also not out of the question that he doesn't play until after the team's Week 13 bye.

Hockenson is dealing with painful bruised ribs but has said he plans to play this weekend. Osborn, meanwhile, is progressing through the protocols and was able to practice on Thursday and Friday.

Rookie QB Jaren Hall (concussion protocol) is out for the Vikings. Josh Dobbs, coming off winning NFC offensive player of the week, will make his first start with Minnesota on Sunday. Backing him up will be Sean Mannion, who will be elevated from the practice squad on Saturday.

Defensive tackle Dean Lowry is doubtful, which means the rotation at DT will once again consist of Harrison Phillips, Jonathan Bullard, Khyiris Tonga, and Jaquelin Roy. T.J. Smith could be elevated for the second consecutive week.

Also questionable are OL Chris Reed and LB Brian Asamoah II.

There's no listed injury designation for LT Christian Darrisaw, which is big news for the Vikings' offense.

The Saints, who are mostly healthy, will just be without backup RB Kendre Miller and backup DE Isaiah Foskey. Fullback Adam Prentice is questionable.
