Fourth Quarter

Nothing else has really happened! Thanks for following along. Look for postgame coverage on Viking Maven tomorrow.

Vikings 19, Redskins 9

10:40 Bailey again. Third holding call of the night on Pat Elflein was the main reason for the drive stalling.

Third Quarter

2:05 Doesn't matter. Anthony Harris interception two plays later.

2:48 Mike Zimmer just went for it on 4th and 1 from his own 34. Ran a QB sneak and Cousins didn't get it. That could be a huge decision.

Vikings 16, Redskins 9

5:15 Hopkins now has three field goals of his own. Adrian Peterson had a couple big plays on that drive. He still looks like his old self at age 34.

Vikings 16, Redskins 6

8:37 Another field goal for Bailey. He's looked pretty automatic this season. Vikings stalled in the red zone again.

12:00 Cousins drops a DIME to Diggs down the right sideline for 39 yards, plus another 15 tacked on for unnecessary roughness.

15:00 Rookie Dwayne Haskins is in the game. Case Keenum being evaluated for a concussion.

Second Quarter

Vikings 13, Redskins 6 at halftime

0:11 Touchdown Vikings! Cousins hands to Cook on third and goal for a 4-yard touchdown before the half. Cook had four touches for 55 yards on that drive.

2:00 It's a field goal battle at U.S. Bank Stadium. Redskins tie it up at 6 after an extremely impressive drive. Picked up a bunch of chunk plays. Keenum and AP both look good, and Rhodes is having maybe the worst game of his career for the Vikings.

7:29 Another Dan Bailey field goal. Vikings had to settle after Cousins was sacked twice late in the drive.

11:41 Vikings offense is moving now. 18-yard gain for Cook on a screen followed by another big gain to Diggs, who holds onto the football for dear life.

14:03 Redskins tie it at 3, but that's a win for the Vikings. Washington had first and goal from the Vikings' 2 after a PI on Xavier Rhodes and couldn't score a TD.

Case Keenum and Cousins in the first quarter: 13 for 14, 128 yards. And yet, it's a 3-0 game thanks to a pair of fumbles. Redskins driving as we head to the second.

First Quarter

Vikings 3, Redskins 0

5:25 Dan Bailey drills it from 50 after the Vikings' drive didn't do much.

9:04 Vikings get the ball right back on a Danielle Hunter strip-sack. He remains on another level.

12:38 Stefon Diggs' fumbling issues continue. He was wide open and looked like he was going to run for a touchdown, but cut back inside and lost the football. His fourth fumble of the year after going three years without a single one.
