The entire NFC North lost in Week 2.

The Vikings got things started on Thursday night against the Eagles, turning the ball over four times in a 34-28 defeat. But things went as well as they could've for Minnesota on Sunday with the Lions, Packers, and Bears all losing their games during the early window.

The Lions, who began their season with a road win over the Chiefs, fell to the Seahawks in overtime in their home opener, 37-31. Detroit sent the game to OT with ten points in the final 3ish minutes of the fourth quarter, but Geno Smith hit Tyler Lockett for a walkoff touchdown a little over four minutes into the extra period. The Lions lost the turnover battle 3-0 in that game.

Coming off a big win over the Bears in Week 1, the Packers went to Atlanta and lost a tight one, 25-24. After taking a 12-point lead into the fourth quarter, the Packers failed to score at all in the final 15 minutes. Jordan Love's three touchdown passes weren't enough for Green Bay to pull off the road win.

The Bears joined the Vikings at 0-2 with a 27-17 loss against Minnesota's Week 1 opponent, the Buccaneers. Justin Fields took six sacks and threw two interceptions, including the decisive pick-six on a bizarre screen pass from his own end zone. Meanwhile, Baker Mayfield and Tampa Bay racked up 437 yards in their home opener against Chicago's defense.

Here's what the division standings look like after two weeks:

  1. Packers: 1-1 (+17 point differential)
  2. Lions: 1-1 (-2)
  3. Vikings: 0-2 (-9)
  4. Bears: 0-2 (-28)

In other words, this thing is still wide open.

Here's who each team plays in Week 3:

  • Packers: vs. Saints (1-0, play on MNF)
  • Lions: vs. Falcons (2-0)
  • Vikings: vs. Chargers (0-2)
  • Bears: at Chiefs (1-1)
