Vikings offensive lineman Oli Udoh was cited on three different days in May for driving violations, according to court records obtained by KSTP. In the first of the three incidents, he was allegedly driving 97 miles per hour in a 55 MPH zone.

Udoh received that speeding citation on May 4th in St. Paul. Two days later, he was cited for reckless driving because he was allegedly "weaving in and out of traffic at a high speed and driving in the carpool lane with no passenger." On May 25th, he received a third traffic citation.

Court records state Udoh went from the ramp to the far left lane on Hwy 77, driving 64 mph in a 55 mph zone. The ticket alleges Udoh rolled the window up on the State Patrol trooper as he was trying to explain the citation to Udoh.

This isn't the first time Udoh has been in the news for off-the-field reasons. Last October, he was arrested at a Miami nightclub for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. The misdemeanor charges were dismissed in December.

Udoh, a 2019 sixth-round pick out of Elon, re-signed with the Vikings this offseason after his four-year rookie contract expired. A backup lineman, Udoh has appeared in 41 games for the Vikings at left tackle, right tackle, right guard, and on special teams. 16 of his 17 career starts came in 2021, when he started 14 games at RG and two at LT.
