Knicks PG Jeremy Lin will participate in All-Star Weekend

Former NBA All-Stars Charles Barkley and Shaquille O'Neal are serving as general managers of the two teams, which will be comprised of rookies and second-year players. This is a deviation from previous years, when the second-year players would play the rookies.
