Allen Iverson Signs One-Month Contract To Play In Dominican Republic

Allen Iverson is back in professional basketball -- well, sort of. The Associated Press reports that A.I. has signed a one-month contract to play in a regional basketball league in the Dominican Republic.

Pueblo Nuevo club president Milton Nunez told the AP that Iverson will arrive Sunday, when he's slated to play his first game against GUG in Santiago province.

Iverson's salary with his new team was not revealed.
