Report: Giants Closer Brian Wilson Has 'Structural Damage' In Elbow, May Be Done For Season

San Francisco Giants closer Brian Wilson had an MRI that revealed structural damage in his elbow, and season-ending surgery is said to be likely, according to the San Jose Mercury News.

Both Giants manager Bruce Bochy and trainer Dave Groeschner expect the pitcher to have season-ending surgery. Wilson will get a second opinion, notably from Dr. James Andrews.
