Jordan Wynn injury: Utah QB leaves game after hurting shoulder yet again

Utah junior quarterback Jordan Wynn began his college career like gangbusters, winning the starting job midway through his true freshman season and capping 2009 by earning MVP honors in the Poinsettia Bowl.

Then the injuries started piling up. Wynn missed three games as a sophomore with two different ailments (thumb, shoulder) and then another eight last season (left, non-throwing shoulder), which at least earned him a redshirt.

Now, Wynn has been hurt again, in the Utes' second game of the season, at Utah State. He injured his left shoulder after being sacked late in the first half, departing while clutching his arm gingerly. The team announced that he was done for the evening, with senior Jon Hays replacing him.

The Twitterverse is awash with comments that Wynn may be done for good.
