Erik Spoelstra reportedly dating former Heat dancer

Miami Heat head coach Erik Spoelstra is reportedly dating a former dancer with the team, according to the Miami Herald. 

The 42-year-old Spoelstra appeared at a team fundraiser on March 9 with 24-year-old Nikki Sapp, who began dancing for the team in 2005 when she was 18 years old. Sapp remained with the Heat for three seasons while Spoelstra, who started out as a video coordinator for the team, had become an assistant coach with the Heat in 2006 during their NBA Finals win against the Dallas Mavericks.

It's worth a note that the pair had been pictured together before, as depicted in photos posted to TheBigLead.com, but last Saturday's appearance at the fundraiser marked the first time the two were seen together by the media at a team event.

There has been no official comment from Spoelstra about his relationship to Sapp.
