Dolphins' owner calls Incognito report findings "deeply disturbing"

Miami Dolphins' owner Stephen Ross released a statement on Friday in response to Ted Wells' report on the bullying of Jonathan Martin, saying he found the behavior described in the report "deeply disturbing" and the organization would commit itself to prevent these problems from reoccurring.
Ross says the Dolphins have been actively revising their code of conduct with outside help since the incident first came to light, and the organization hopes to be at the vanguard of a change in sports culture.
"We seek to create a curriculum which emphasizes accountability and which educates athletes on a standard code of conduct, appropriate use of language, and the elimination of disrespectful and unacceptable behavior in sports, including discrimination or harassment because of race, gender or sexual orientation."
