The University of Georgia Bulldogs have dismissed safety Josh Harvey-Clemons for a violation of team rules, according to CBSSports.com's Bruce Feldman.

Harvey-Clemons had been suspended for the team's Gator Bowl loss to Nebraska in January and the first three games of the 2014 season for a second violation of the school's substance abuse policy, according to Chip Towers of the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
