2014 Preakness Stakes odds: California Chrome the betting favorite at 3-5

Kentucky Derby winner California Chrome is an overwhelming favorite to take the Preakness Stakes after winning his last five races by a combined 26 lengths. He is followed in the odds pool by Social Inclusion, one of seven horses in the Preakness field that did not race in the Kentucky Derby. SI.com took a look back at how other recent Preakness favorites have fared.

With a victory at the Preakness, California Chrome will become the sixth horse since 2002 to win the first two legs of the Triple Crown. I'll Have Another was the last horse to accomplish that feat in 2012.
