Reigning Super Bowl MVP Patrick Mahomes is now a part owner of the Royals MLB Franchise. 

At 24, Mahomes became the youngest quarterback to win the Superbowl MVP, then he signed a 10 year $503 million dollar contract and now is a part-owner of the Kansas City Royals. 2020 might just be Patrick Mahomes year.

Mahomes grew up in baseball clubhouses and his father played for the MLB for 11 years. Mahomes shared in an interview, “I’m honored to become a part owner of the Kansas City Royals.” Mahomes went on to say, “I love this city and the people of this great town. This opportunity allows me to deepen my roots in this community, which is something I’m excited to do.”
