Report: Chris Bosh tells Rockets: 'I want to be in Miami, I want to play with LeBron'

Chris Bosh was reportedly offered a max contract of $88 million over four years from the Rockets.

No one seems to know where the "big three" in Miami will land next season, but Fox Sports contributor Adrian Wojnarowski of Yahoo! Sports gave perhaps Chris Bosh's strongest indication yet of his plans  when he reported Monday night that the nine-time All-Star told Houston, "I want to be in Miami, I want to play with LeBron."

The report comes just after the Rockets supposedly offered Bosh a four-year max contract worth $88 million. As for James, the four-time MVP and his agent, Rich Paul, are reportedly meeting with Heat president Pat Riley this week in Las Vegas, a discussion that could be held as early as Tuesday, according to Chris Broussard of ESPN.

Bosh, James and Dwyane Wade each opted out of their contracts this summer reportedly in an effort to give Riley the cap flexibility to go out and sign another marquee free agent, perhaps the Knicks' Carmelo Anthony. The Knicks' All-Star forward is believed to be down to remaining in New York or going to the Lakers. James, meanwhile, has given Paul permission to meet with the Mavericks, Suns, Rockets, Lakers and Cavaliers, the last of which is said to be the destination Paul is pushing, according to a report on Monday.

The earliest free agents can sign with a team is Thursday.
