The Bearcats' top recruit put on a show.

CINCINNATI — UC's top basketball recruit in the 2025 class put on a show during yesterday's Overtime Elite quarterfinals.

Shon Abaev dropped 16 points, 10 rebounds, eight assists, and four steals to force an elimination game against Team RWE. According to 247Sports, Abaev is the 25th-best player nationally and the sixth-best small forward.
