CINCINNATI — Cincinnati starting center Gavin Gerhardt is returning to Cincinnati in 2025 to anchor the Bearcats' offensive line in front of Brendan Sorsby.

Gerhart announced the decision on Tuesday after an adequate full season this past fall. The veteran tallied a 69.6 PFF grade across 857 snaps at center.

He was a big part of Cincinnati's offensive success on the ground and had a career-best pass-blocking season (73.9 PFF pass-blocking grade) and gives Nic Cardwell a pillar to build his offensive line around with a largely new group alongside Gerhardt in the middle.

This will be his final year at Cincinnati.
