In a college basketball season that’s seen four number one teams fall before the New Year, Gonzaga has answered the bell sporting a 12-1 record. With wins over Oregon, Washington, Arizona and North Carolina, the Zags have crushed the toughest part of their schedule. To think Mark Few had to replace four starters from last year’s Elite 8 squad. Aside from two matchups with St. Mary’s, SI’s Amy Campbell says that it could be pretty smooth sailing for Gonzaga into March with arguably the sport’s most complete roster.
