The NCAA has released its latest return-to-sport guidelines and given the current numbers surrounding the coronavirus pandemic, the college football season is facing uncertainty, if not outright cancelation. And when comparing the response of the United States, as outlined by the data in comparison to other countries, Sports Illustrated senior writer Pat Forde believes President Donald Trump would deserve more blame than anyone if there is no college football in the fall.
