Watch Liverpool's Luis Suárez Cheat Space-Time With Thunderbolt Free-Kick Goals

Thursday February 21st, 2013

Liverpool trailed 2-0 entering the second leg of their Europa League tie with Zenit St. Petersburg. They're now out of the competition despite today's 3-1 win at Anfield -- eliminated on the away-goals tiebreaker following a 3-3 aggregate score over both legs -- but not before a pair of majestic free-kick goals from Luis Suárez.

The first came in the 27th minute, when the Uruguayan thumped it into the bottom-left corner past frozen goalkeeper Vyacheslav Malafeev.

The second came in the 59th minute, a sublime strike flouting the laws of space-time, bending ludicrously past Malafeev's left hand.
