The man, surnamed Guo, got the idea to build the Lambo after having to take his grandson to school everyday in a moped.

According to Guo, the car, which features a body made out of stainless steel and is six and half feet long and a little over three feet wide, runs on five internal batteries, and can go up to 37 miles per hour.
