They say it's wise to go with your gut when you're debating a career change, and that's especially true when your gut desires delicious fast food at a reasonable price.

Iowa Hawkeyes recruiting coordinator/assistant coach Eric Johnson, who joined the program in 1999, announced a few days ago that he's leaving the Hawkeyes for a new job. That job? Opening a Culver's in Nashville.
