Roger Goodell honored a former NFL player with the Ice Bucket Challenge

Roger Goodell is the latest sports personality to take the Ice Bucket Challenge for ALS awareness. Goodell dumped the icy water on himself before making a donation on behalf of former New Orleans Saints player Steve Gleason, who has ALS.

Goodell deserves major props for lifting the heavy bucket of water over his head with relative ease. But c'mon, commish, a vertical video? Really?

Pete Carroll has already accepted Goodell's challenge. No word from Strahan yet.
