Jim Harbaugh is currently doing charity work in northern Peru, but he took a break from his good deeds to take a Twitter dig at the New England Patriots

Harbaugh, a devout Catholic, is making his annual trip to Piura, Peru, working with the Santisimo Sacramento Catholic church. He's been making the trip since 2009, when he was still coaching Stanford. A television crew followed him around on last year's trip, showing Harbaugh playing something called "Peruball."

Peruball looks like some kind of soccer-football-rugby hybrid. It's unclear what the game's policies are with regard to the air pressure of the balls, but Harbaugh is clearly taking it seriously.
