What Are the Rams Thinking?
The Rams had better hope whoever they pick first in the draft is pretty damn good, because they got fleeced in this trade. Even Washington was shocked by the deal. They’re probably going to take a quarterback but hot cornerback prospect Jalen Ramsey thinks it’s gonna be him. Oh, and the Rams say they agreed to the deal Wednesday night but didn’t want to distract from Kobe’s last game so they kept it under wraps. Do the Rams really think people in L.A. would care more about the team that just moved there exchanging draft picks than they would about the guy who’s been there for 20 years hanging it up?

A chimp at a zoo in Japan named Chacha made a run for it earlier Thursday. The photos and videos of him on lam are pretty incredible.

Even More Kobe Stuff
Just in case you can’t get enough of Kobe’s last game, here are a few more tidbits. R. Kelly’s TV was very small and people wouldn’t let him hear the end of it. A photographer perfectly captured the moment Damian Lillard heard what Kobe did. Kobe’s already selling “Mamba Out” shirts. The NBA’s official highlight reel of the game is really well done.

I’ll assume Andy was just too sad to put this Red Sox news in A.M. Clicks. The Red Sox put Pablo Sandoval on the DL with a shoulder injury Wednesday, but according to Yahoo’s Jeff Passan, they never even checked to see if Sandoval was actually hurt. He doesn’t want to play for Boston and the team doesn’t want him either, so they were cool with just shutting him down until they figure out what to do with him.
