Watch: Calvin Johnson met the real Urkel after his DWTS Urkel impression

Calvin Johnson showed off his slick footwork on Dancing with the Stars.

Not seeing Calvin Johnson on a football field this year is weird enough. Seeing him dressed as TV’s most famous nerd is even weirder. 

Johnson continued his run on Dancing With the Stars on Monday night, performing a foxtrot to the Family Matters theme song while dressed as Steve Urkel.

After his performance, actor Jaleel White, who played Urkel on Family Matters, was backstage waiting for Johnson.

Johnson, a Family Matters fan, was just as thrilled to meet White as White was to meet him. “I've had this dude on my fantasy squad for so many seasons,” White said.
