Stat Stuffers: Top Performances from Week 0 in CIF High School Football

High school football in the CIF Southern Section has officially kicked off, and the opening week brought a bevy of unreal performances.
Here are the best performances from Week 0, which includes games covered Thursday and Friday (Aug. 20-21).
High School On SI will highlight these athletes every week. We call them Stat Stuffers, but there are levels to this ... you'll see.
VIDEO GAME NUMBERS
These performances are like something out of a video game. Only a few athletes per week will provide games worthy of this section.
QB, Julian Medina, Norco, Sr. — Medina threw for 408 yards and five touchdowns in the Cougars 55-14 win over Roosevelt. He was 20 of 23 passing on the night.
RB, Ceasar Reyes, Garfield, Sr. — The Bulldogs needed everything Reyes delivered on Friday night, running for 277 yards and five touchdowns on 28 carries in a 49-35 victory over Montebello.
WR, Quentin Hale, Corona Centennial, Sr. — This USC commit caught eight passes for 155 yards and two touchdowns in the Huskies' 41-21 win over Servite. He also provided the highlight of the game with a one-handed catch while being defended by two players.

MONSTER GAMES
Corona Centennial QB Jaden Jefferson threw for 296 yards, and two TDs. He ran for 92 yards and two TDs (338 total yards).
Crean Lutheran WR Ty Johnson finished with 11 receptions for 143 yards and a touchdown in a big win over Loyola.
Ohio State commit Brady Edmunds of Huntington Beach threw for 441 yards and six TDs in a win over Long Beach Millikan.
Mission Viejo sophomore QB Brett Burnor gets his debut victory, throwing for 228 yards and four touchdowns in a win over Chaparral.
Pacifica/Oxnard QB Taylor Lee threw four touchdowns on six attempts as the Tritons cruise in their season opener over new program Del Sol.
San Clemente's Jaxson Rex did it all, had a pick-six, ran for a touchdown and anchored the defense with 12 tackles to a shutout victory over Tustin.
Denzel Carter of La Salle ran for 254 yards and four touchdowns, with two touchdown passes, in a victory over Cantwell-Sacred H eart.
Cathedral RB Raphael Graham ran for 207 yards and four TDs in a win over Las Vegas Centennial.
Mater Dei sophomore running back Asir Nembhard ran for 115 yards and two scores in a win over American Fork (UT).
Damien QB Anthony Randolph threw for three TDs and ran for another. He tossed for 256 yards.
Crespi QB Chase Curren tossed for 352 yards and three touchdowns in a setback to Notre Dame/Sherman Oaks.
Oak Park's Nevada Ford ran two kickoffs for touchdowns in a win over Angelou.
Chaminade's Hudson Manning had four sacks in a shutout win over Oaks Christian.
Evan McCalister of Valencia High threw for 321 yards and four touchdowns in the Vikings win over Simi Valley. Teammate RB Nico Funez ran for 86 yards and two TDS.
Carson QB Chris Fields scored four total touchdowns, including the game-winner, against San Diego Lincoln. Big victory.
