Top-ranked Archbishop Mitty (California) has one more game in its regular season before embarking on a different journey - the California (CIF) Open Division girls basketball playoffs.

And it's an important upcoming stretch for No. 2 Long Island Lutheran (New York), which has games against Montverde Academy, Morris Catholic and Sidwell Friends.

Speaking of Montverde Academy, did the Eagles see their reign as national champion end after a loss to No. 5 IMG Academy?

Etiwanda (California) moved up to No. 3 in the latest rankings, while Grayson (Georgia) moved up two spots to No. 4. Check out the latest SBLive/Sports Illustrated national girls basketball rankings below.

1. Archbishop Mitty (San Jose, CA) (23-0 – 1st)

Mercifully, the Monarchs' regular-season tour de force ends Tuesday against Valley Christian (San Jose), which they defeated. 77-23. previously.

2. Long Island Lutheran (Brookville, NY) (17-1 – 2nd)

After being off for nearly two weeks, Crusaders play three games in four days against best of the best - Montverde Academy, Morris Catholic and Sidwell Friends.

3. Etiwanda (Rancho Cucamonga, CA) (26-3 – 4th)

Opened playoffs with another statement win - 90-38 over Corona Centennial. Up next in CIF-SS Open Division pool play is Bishop Montgomery and Ontario Christian.

4. Grayson (Loganville, GA) (25-0 – 6th)

Pushing Etiwanda for status as best public-school squad in the country, the Rams look to complete the undefeated campaign Monday against Brookwood.

5. IMG Academy (Bradenton, FL) (23-3 – 7th)

Back in national championship race in a big way after 64-62 win over Montverde Academy to close out regular season. Louisville commit Taj Roberts had 20 points.

6. Bishop McNamara (Forestville, MD) (21-3 – 5th)

Has chance to end regular season on 19-game winning streak if it can finish strong against Bishop Ireton, Our Lady of Good Counsel and Elizabeth Seton.

7. Montverde Academy (Montverde, FL) (20-2 – 3rd)

While loss to IMG Academy dropped Eagles, it didn't entirely end their repeat-title hopes because of remaining schedule against four top-25 opponents.

8. Morris Catholic (Denville, NJ) (23-0 – 8th)

Blew out Bayonne, Morristown, and Pequannock last week, and comes to Lu-Hi showdown with head of steam. Mia Pauldo had 28 points in Pequannock win.

9. Sidwell Friends (Washington, DC) (19-3 – 9th)

Two more tuneup games before Saturday and Monday bring a chance to return to the national title discussion with Montverde and Long Island Lutheran on deck.

10. Sierra Canyon (Chatsworth, CA) (28-1 – 10th)

Opened its Southern Section Open Division title defense with comfortable win against Orangewood Academy. Sage Hill and Mater Dei are left in pool play.

11. Incarnate Word Academy (Bel-Nor, MO) (22-0 – 11th)

Bounced out Visitation Academy and Cor Jesu Academy after narrowly holding off Burroughs (50-47) for second time this season.

12. DeSoto (DeSoto, TX) (23-5 – 12th)

After coming up just short against Clark in the finals last year, DeSoto is ready for another crack at a UIL 6A title run. First up is Harker Heights.

13. Duncanville (Duncanville, TX) (28-4 – 13th)

Awarded top seed in Region 11, Duncanville opens the UIL Texas 6A playoffs against Hutto.

14. Westtown (West Chester, PA) (20-2 – 14th)

Been off since clinching Friends League championship, but enters this week's PAISAA championships as No. 1 seed in tournament.

15. Mansfield Timberview (Arlington, TX) (34-1 – 15th)

Can anyone in 5A challenge the Wolves this postseason? Timberview will be heavy favorite against every foe, but field has a few outside-national-bubble foes in way.

16. Hebron Christian (Dacula, GA) (23-2 – 17th)

After going 32-0 last season, Hebron Christian again went undefeated against in-state opponent this regular season, and is likely to continue its roll through the playoffs. 

17. Grace Christian (Sanford, NC) (27-0 – 16th)

With an 80-67 win against Legacy Early College, Grace Christian's undefeated regular season is official.

18. Thomas Dale (Chester, VA) (19-0 – 19th)

One win away from an undefeated regular season, Thomas Dale will most likely make it official Monday against Cosby.

19. Johnston (Johnston, IA) (23-0 – 20th)

Gearing up for playoff run as heavy favorite against anyone in their way, Dragons can celebrate the completion of undefeated regular season.

20. Cardinal Newman (Santa Rosa, CA) (26-2 – 21st)

Entering playoffs on 24-game winning streak, Cardinals could be continuing arguably best season ever, especially if they go on postseason tear.

21. Folsom (Folsom, CA) (22-4 – 22nd)

After another dominant season against in-section opponents, Folsom is primed for its chance to repeat as CIF-SJS Division 1 champion.

22. Rutgers Prep (Somerset, NJ) (18-4 – 23rd)

Followed up Red Bank Catholic win with 68-35 victory over Gill St. Bernard's, a team that's 19-1 outside of two blowout losses to the Argonauts.

23. Loyola Academy (Wilmette, IL) (31-0 – 24th)

Opens up the IHSA Regional playoffs Monday as the heavy favorite against Lincoln Park.

24. Purcell Marian (Cincinatti, OH) (19-1 – 25th)

The Cavaliers enter the playoffs on a 17-game winning streak and playing their best basketball of the season.

25. Shawnee Mission South (Shawnee Mission, KS) (15-0 – Bubble)

Been lights-out. Despite playing a handful of the other top teams in Kansas, they're unbeaten, and have won 10 of their past 11 games by double digits.
