McDonald's All-American Game 2026 Girls Top Performers

The 2026 McDonald's All-American girls basketball game was a celebration of the top girls high school basketball players around the country. The two teams were divided into East and West, and they had some of the top 24 players representing 17 states.

The East won 91-71 after trailing at halftime 40-39.

The University of Texas and University of Kentucky both have three commitments from players on the rosters.

TOP PERFORMERS

Saniyah Hall, SPIRE Academy (OH)

College: USC

Hall scored 21 points and she grabbed five rebounds. She's a wing who will join a talented USC team in the upcoming season. She supported her status as the top player int he class with MVP honors from the game.

Aaliah Spaight, Bishop Gorman (NV)

College: Texas

Spaight scored 11 points to lead the West with her future Texas teammate Brihanna Crittendon. She is a point guard with a smooth jumper, and she will be a welcome addition to a top Texas program.

Kate Harping, Marist School (GA)

College: North Carolina

Harping scored 14 points despite suffering a shoulder injury in the game. She is an energetic guard who loves to get to the basket, and she showed that throughout the game.
