If you're not watching the World Baseball Classic, you are missing some really good baseball. Team USA defeated Team Venezuela on Saturday in an all time classic of a ballgame. The star of the game was former Dodgers shortstop Trea Turner who hit what just may be the biggest hit of his life.

With the US down 5-7 in the top of the 8th inning, Turner came to the plate with the bases loaded and electrified the house.

LoanDepot Field got real loud, real fast as Team USA took the 9-7 lead on Turner's grand slam home run.

The US dugout also went wild and came with a hug from a hall of famer.

After the game, Trea admitted that this homer was probably the biggest hit of his life. This is coming from a guy who has more than 40 postseason games under his belt and has won a World Series.

"Individually, I think this is probably the biggest hit that I've had ... As a team, I think you set a goal – and we want to win the whole thing. … We're not done yet. … I'm glad we won and we can kind of keep striving for that goal. But individually, it was kind of, it was pretty big for me personally."

He chatted with MLB.com's Jon Morosi about the atmosphere in the stadium saying that Saturday's game might have been the loudest game he's ever played in.

With the win, Team USA moves on to face the powerhouse Cuban team tonight in Miami. Game time is set for 4 pm PT.
