CLEVELAND - Indians starter Carlos Carrasco was pulled from Tuesday night's outing against the Miami Marlins after four innings after he was run over at first base in the top of the fourth.

The team stated that Carrasco left the game with 'left knee discomfort.'

Carrasco was covering first when Carlos Santana was trying to make a play, attempting to throw out Neil Walker.

He was run over by Walker, and appeared to be limping on his left leg the rest of the frame.

He did stay in the game, and was able to get a fielder's choice to end the inning with the game still scoreless.

In the four innings of work, Carrasco allowed two hits, no runs, no walks and had four strikeouts. He threw 62 pitches, 41 strikes.
