Indians fans for the moment can breathe a sigh of relief when it comes to relief ace Andrew Miller.

After two tough outings last week between AA Akron and A Lake County, Miller was impressive in one inning Monday night in Columbus.

Miller, pitching in the 7th inning for the Clippers, needed just 10 pitches, eight strikes, to record a 1-2-3 inning.

He also struck out one batter in the one inning of work.

The Indians have said all along that they want to see Miller in back-to-back outings before he’s called up back to the big league roster.

The team will likely announce his next rehab outing on Tuesday.
