The Indians scary trip to Boston to take on the "best team" in Major League Baseball has been nothing but delightful so far, as for the second straight night the Tribe was better than Boston, topping the Red Sox 6-3.

Tuesday's hero's included the likes of Shane Beiber, Melky Cabrera, and (once again) Greg Allen, as the Indians with the victory improve to 21 games over .500 at 73-52.

Boston drops to 88-39 with the defeat, and no matter how the final two games of the four-game set goes, the Indians cannot get out of Beantown with anything less than a split.

Here is a couple of takeaways from the second straight win for the Indians in Boston, and the Indians have been excellent on the road since just before the All-Star break.

Here's three takeaways on the latest Tribe win.

1. The Tribe Road Warriors Way Continues

Fans have been fretting about the thought that the Indians are going to have to start the postseason on the road, but how about just how great this team is playing AWAY from Progressive Field Since July 1st?

How does 16-4 sound, including winning the first two games against the big bad Red Sox at Fenway Part?

The team has won six straight series wins away from Progressive Field, and with a win in one of their next two meetings against the Red Sox, that number will go up to seven.

They are playing confident, and with the pitching they have been getting and the clutch hitting, this team doesn't appear to be concerned at all about starting the postseason away from home.

2. Bieber Sets the Tone

While the Indians were building a 5-0 lead with some clutch hits on the offensive side, pitcher Shane Bieber was doing his best impression of Corey Kluber and company, shutting out the Red Sox.

Yes Boston finally got to Bieber for three runs in the 7th, but the Tribe had already built a nice lead, and by then the pen was ready to go for the Tribe to end the game and get the Indians the win.

Bieber moves to 7-2 on the season, and continues to be one of the best surprises for the team this season. He didn't walk a batter and struck out five in the win, and like Kluber (despite allowing three runs early) he got into a groove while the offense did the rest.

3. The Melk Man is on Fire

Yes Greg Allen has been outstanding helping out an outfield that has had its share of injuries this season, but how about the job that Melky Cabrera has done since coming back to the team a few weeks back?

3-for-4 on Tuesday night and he's raised his average to .275 on the year, and he hit yet another homer, and how about these numbers - since August 12th he's hitting 14-for-33 (.424) with five homers and 13 RBI.

The thought was that the Indians were almost going to have to do whatever they could to make a move through the waiver wire for an outfielder, but with the way that Cabrera is playing, along with the sudden offense from Greg Allen, the Tribe's outfield has been on a roll.

The play lately of Cabrera and Allen also softens the blow that Lonnie Chisenhall's rehab has not progressed as quite as quickly as the team was hoping for.
