Monday was another step forward for Indians pitcher Carlos Carrasco, as the Tribe starter threw an inning in a rehab outing in Akron for the RubberDucks.

Carrasco was making his first rehab start since being diagnosed with leukemia and leaving the team with what was defined at the time as a 'blood condition.'

There's no word about what the next step could be for Carrasco, who has continued to be with the team while battling the leukemia diagnosis.
