Could This Orioles' Trade Package Land Valdez From Astros?

In this story:
Keep an eye on the Baltimore Orioles making some savvy moves this week after the holidays. It's something that they've done in the past with Mike Elias in charge and something they will likely continue to do this year and beyond.
Ideally, that savvy move would be landing one of those elite starting pitchers that are seemingly available to be acquired.
The Orioles now know what the asking price is for Dylan Cease, which might cause them to look elsewhere.
According to multiple reports, the Houston Astros are listening to calls on packages that involve their ace Framber Valdez if they get back the right return.
As it's been stated multiple times, nobody can offer a better package than Baltimore if they want to truly get something done.
Zachary D. Rymer of Bleacher Report put together a trade offer for the Orioles that might be able to land Valdez. He has them giving up their No. 2 overall prospect in outfielder Colton Cowser, second baseman and No. 7 prospect Connor Norby and No. 11 prospect, left-handed starter Cade Povich.
Feels like a lot, but is way less than what the Chicago White Sox are reportedly looking for in a Cease deal.
The Astros would like to get back players that help rebuild their farm system which is considered the worst in baseball. And while this trade would probably hurt Houston's chances of winning a World Series title in 2024, the Orioles don't care about that.
This helps Baltimore immensely, getting an elite starter for their rotation who will cost around $13 million in 2024 and has one more year of club control.
If they can actually land Valdez for this package, this is something they should jump all over.
