The young players on the Baltimore Orioles have garnered a lot of attention, and rightfully so, after taking the MLB by storm since being called up to their Major League roster.

In back-to-back seasons, Adley Rutschman finished runner-up in the AL Rookie of the Year voting in 2022, then Gunnar Henderson took home the award in 2023.

But, much of the Orioles' success has also come from the veterans on this team.

Anthony Santander, Austin Hays, Cedric Mullins, Ryan Mountcastle and others on this roster have been able to mentor the star prospects as they've been called up.

Baltimore has also done a good job at adding experienced players available in the free agency market the past few years.

One of those who played a major role in 2023 was utilityman Adam Frazier.

The 32-year-old joined the Orioles on a one-year deal last offseason and appeared in 141 games and slashed .240/.300/.396 with 13 homers and 60 RBI.

However, because of the young prospects on the verge of being called up, Baltimore allowed him to walk in free agency and don't seem to be looking for a reunion.

Frazier still can play a role on another MLB team and Tyler Kotila of Motor City Bengals thinks that should be with the Detroit Tigers.

"The Tigers should be looking into Adam Frazier ... He would be an excellent addition that served as depth and another veteran in the mix that helps fill some at-bats to keep Detroit from pushing prospects through the wire too quickly," he writes.

This would be similar to what he did with the Orioles.

The Tigers are also a young club with some talented prospects in their organization, having the 13th ranked farm system in MLB Pipeline's latest rankings.

Frazier has spent the last eight years in the bigs and is looking for his next team to continue his career.

That could be in Detroit, doing the same things he did in Baltimore.
