Texas Rangers Finalize Opening Day Roster
Texas Rangers general manager Chris Young finalized the Opening Day roster Wednesday afternoon, just a day before the 2023 MLB season starts against the Philadelphia Phillies.
First pitch at Globe Life Field is scheduled for 3:05 p.m. CT.
There were no true surprises, but the spring non-roster invitees who did make the team were utility man Travis Jankwoski and right-handed pitcher Ian Kennedy.

On the pitching side, lefties Taylor Hearn and Cole Ragans made the team, as well as right-hander Dane Dunning.
