Watch: Bikini-Clad Streaker Interrupts Texas Rangers, Baltimore Orioles ALDS Opener

In this story:
The Texas Rangers didn’t exactly undress the Baltimore Orioles in winning Game 1 of the American League Division Series 3-2 on Saturday, but one fan surely did.
In a sports tradition that has certainly faded over the decades but somehow lingers on, a streaker interrupted the playoff opener at Camden Yards by running on the field sporting black bikini briefs and not much else.
The stoppage occurred in the eighth inning, as the Rangers were batting and holding on to a one-run lead. Josh Jung, who had homered in the sixth to make it 3-1, was about to come up to bat.
The unidentified fan streaked into left field and was on the loose before being tackled by security. It took nearly 10 minutes for the scantily-clad patron to be escorted off the field, which required police to take him through an exit near home plate.

The streaker was the closet the Orioles came to scoring over the final three innings. Baltimore, the No. 1 seed in the AL, hasn’t won a home playoff game since 2012.
Game 2 of the ALDS is Sunday at 3 p.m. CT back at Camden Yards.
The Rangers are no strangers to clothing-challenged fans running amok this season. A topless customer ran onto the field during a Rangers-Toronto Blue Jays game in June, going from one end of the outfield to the other. He was wearing dark-colored shorts and waving something white – likely his shirt – during his sprint.
The large crowd of more than 34,000 was seemingly cheering him on. Texas fans had little else to cheer about in the 2-1 loss.
Once the man reached the right-field corner, his luck and legs ran out. Rangers security performed a takedown with a textbook tackle around his waist to end his 15 seconds of fame and restore order.
Scherzer Nearly Ready, Remains ALDS Option
