While outfielder Bryce Harper and third baseman Manny Machado both had to wait, they signed the biggest contracts this past MLB offseason with the Philadelphia Phillies and San Diego Padres respectively. While both players have been productive this season, neither has put up the all-star caliber numbers we’ve grown accustomed to seeing.
