According to the Wall Street Journal, The MLB is considering using alternate sites for teams in areas impacted by the spread of the coronavirus. The league will vet all possibilities, but does not want to have games be played in empty stadiums if it’s plausible. The Seattle Mariners are one of the teams that is strongly considering playing elsewhere.
