Video: Pacers' Paul George dunks over Heat's Chris Bosh
Paul George dunked hard over Chris Bosh during the first quarter of Indiana's 91-77 defeat of the Heat in Game 6 of the Eastern Conference finals on Saturday.
With a little more than a minute remaining in the first quarter and Miami leading 17-16, George broke out hard in transition. Flying by Norris Cole on the break, George gathered himself and elevated from well outside the restricted area, finishing a strong one-handed dunk over a contesting effort from Bosh.
It was George's second big-time dunk of the series: he also posterized Chris "Birdman" Andersen during Game 2.
The slam marks George's second entry into the “Dunk of the Playoffs” conversation, which also includes Grizzlies forward Quincy Pondexter, Grizzlies forward Tayshaun Prince, Spurs forward Kawhi Leonard, Knicks guard Iman Shumpert, Rockets forward Carlos Delfino, Thunder forward Kevin Durant, Warriors center Andrew Bogut, Bulls forward Taj Gibson, Pacers forward Gerald Green, Pacers center Roy Hibbert and Warriors forward Harrison Barnes.
George finished with a team-high 28 points (on 11-for-19 shooting), eight rebounds and five assists in 43 minutes.
