Shaq Escalates Damian Lillard Rap Beef With Second Diss Track

The rap between Shaquille O’Neal and Damian Lillard was taken to another level on Monday when Shaq released a second track taking aim at the Blazers star.

The dispute dates back to early last month, when Lillard said on the “Joe Budden Podcast” that he thought he was a better rapper than Shaq. O’Neal fired back by recording a four-minute diss track in which he dismissed Lillard nothing more than “Mike Bibby to me.”

Lillard’s next move was to record not one but two songs aimed at the Big Diesel, the second of which was released Friday night.

Shaq took the weekend to come up with “Second Round Knockout,” which is full of more misogynistic lyrics than you would hope for (“When you run, I see that tampon string in your shorts”) but also has some clever zingers (“You know I got a Ph.D, that stands for put his ass down”).

With the season starting soon, we’re running out of time for Lillard and Shaq to keep this thing going. If it were to end right now, though, you’d have to declare Shaq the winner. I mean, who releases two tracks back-to-back without a response from your adversary first?
