The Spurs have filed a tender contract offer to ex-Ohio State forward Deshaun Thomas, per international basketball journalist David Pick. The Spurs selected Thomas in the second round (No. 58) of the 2013 draft. He played for Spanish club FC Barcelona last season.

Carlos Delfino is hoping to return to the NBA, per the Racine Journal Times. Delfino worked out for the Spurs this summer but received no offer, the newspaper reports. Delfino, 30, has played for four NBA teams, most recently the Rockets (2012-13).

The Spurs have displayed an interest in signing swingman Rasual Butler, per Sheridan Hoops.

Former Louisville guard Edgar Sosa has signed a training camp contract with the Hawks, per the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. Sosa's deal is non-guaranteed, reports international basketball journalist David Pick.

Justin Harper has signed with the Nets, per GM Billy King. The former Richmond forward was selected by the Cavaliers in the second round (No. 32) of the 2011 draft.

The Bucks have officially signed Josh Powell, Charlie Westbrook and Jon Horford to training camp contracts, per the team. The roster stands at 20 entering camp.

Nick Wiggins and Kleon Penn have officially signed with the Timberwolves, per the team. Wiggins, 24, is the older brother of Wolves swingman and 2014-15 rookie of the year Andrew Wiggins.

Former D-League guard Tre Kelley has been working out for the Heat, per the Miami Herald.

The Rockets have waived guard Remi Yusuf, per Basketball Insiders.

The Hawks have named Michael Blackstone as assistant GM, John Treloar as Director of Player Personnel, Malik Rose as Manager of Basketball Operations, Dotun Akinwale as Manager of Scouting, Matt Elijah as Manager of Basketball Administration, Daniel Starkman as Coordinator of Basketball Operations and David Painter as Director of Basketball Facilities, per the team.
