Cavs trade Jefferson, Felder to Hawks

The Cleveland Cavaliers are finalizing a deal to send veteran small forward Richard Jefferson and second-year point guard Kay Felder to the Atlanta Hawks, according to a report by The Vertical.
The trade will trim the Cavs' roster down to 15, with opening night next week.

USA TODAY Sports reports the Cavs will receive the draft rights to Dimitrios Agravanis andSergii Gladyr.

ESPN is adding that the Hawks will likely waive Jefferson and Felder.
Jefferson averaged 5.7 points per game last season while Felder was at 4.0.
