On Thursday, the Boston Celtics revealed their 2023-24 City Edition jerseys — which they will don for the first time against the Brooklyn Nets later this month — in a press release.

"Basketball and pride in one’s work are both part of New England’s DNA, and the 2023-24 Boston Celtics City Edition uniform honors both the origination of basketball in Springfield, MA, and the dedication to artisanship that has been a regional point of pride for centuries," the press release read.

"The Celtics will wear this year’s City Edition uniform for the first time on Friday, Nov. 10 to coincide with the team’s first NBA In-Season Tournament game."
